When we first arrived at the property, the kitchen/lounge had a bare concrete floor and the washing machine was unattached in the middle of the floor. Other problems such as the property had not be cleaned, furniture was damaged and the property wasn’t fully furnished. This continued for 2 weeks, and after complaining for a period of time we were reimbursed a month’s rent each. Subsequent issues have been resolved quickly and easily and they have been relatively good. The price however has gone from £270 to £300 for this coming September.
