As far as we know, this landlord only has one property in Roath, but either way he’s a great guy and treated us really well. Rented with him for a while, is very reasonable. Fixed things when they needed fixing and was always available if we needed anything. Had two changes of tenant – the first one, the letting agency charged us £50 to change the contract. The second time, the landlord let us circumvent the agency so we didn’t have to pay this unnecessary fee. When we moved out, he was re-furbishing the place a fair amount so let us off cleaning too thoroughly in certain areas and still gave us all the deposit back. Thoroughly recommend.
